My name is Ian Stanaway. My interest in photography started in 1968, when I started with black and white photography at High School, developing and printing my own photographs in the school’s laboratory. Since this time, I have developed an appreciation for all the beauty that nature has to offer. I pride myself in providing high quality images that capture the essence of the subject.
Hunter Valley Photography is located in the Lower Hunter Valley of New South Wales, Australia. This beautiful part of the world is one of many contrasts with export grade coal being mined underground whilst the grapes that make some of the best wines in the world grow above. I provide a photographic service to large area which includes Port Stephens, Lake Macquarie , Newcastle , Maitland as well as Hunter Valley Wine Country and the Upper Hunter Valley .
